We are a finance and mortgage broking business. Our services include: home and investment property mortgage, home refinance, car loans, business and assets finance.

Our Process

  • Step 1

    Information gathering about your needs and circumstances

  • Step 2

    Research lenders options that are most suited to your needs

  • Step 3

    Assess your borrowing capacity

  • Step 4

    Complete all the paperwork on your behalf

  • Step 5

    Submit your completed application to the preferred lender and follow-up on it

  • Step 6

    Application will be assessed and if approved, a pre-approval is issued

  • Step 7

    If declined, we will work with the lender to correct issues and contact additional lenders to discuss your situation if required

  • Step 8

    Now is the time to find your dream property if you haven’t already. Don’t forget to speak with us before signing your Contract of Sale

  • Step 9

    We will arrange a valuation on your selected property

  • Step 10

    Once valuation is returned, We will request unconditional approval from the lender

  • Step 11

    Loan documents generated & signed

  • Step 12

    Once documentation is received, Lender will arrange a settlement with your solicitor/conveyancer
